the truth behind Ryan Trahan’s Joyride Candy

So as you probably know the YouTuber Ryan Trahan has “his own” candy brand called Joyride, now don’t get me wrong I LOVE Joyride but right now on this blog post I am going to expose the truth behind Joyride because it is not what you might think it is.
what most people think
That Ryan was like I want to make candy so he made a recipe and then sent it off to a manufacturer but that could not be farther than true.
the truth
In 2008 Tyler Merrick founded his own company selling candy, mints, snacks and that kind of stuff. He named it Project 7 and it was a pretty normal candy business selling at candy stores and stuff until. 2022 when Project 7 business was not booming so much so Tyler went looking for a person to collab with, Ryan at the time was an investor and lived close. So Ryan became the co founder and the CCO.
2024 a big year for Project 7
In 2024 Project 7 vanished from everywhere and at the exact same time Ryan made a video introducing his new candy brand Joyride and made no mention that it was not his candy brand. People got mad because why would you not get mad if a YouTuber made a candy brand that is literally Project 7 but with a new wrapper on it.

Joyride is a very successful business good job Ryan 🎉 and Tyler genius play for Ryan-ifying Project 7.
